Dashboard-V2
A personal task and deadline assistant, reachable over WhatsApp.
Dashboard-V2 keeps track of what its owner has to do and when it is due, and sends reminders to their phone. It is a private tool run by one person on their own server — not a service offered to anyone else.
What it does
- Tracks tasks with deadlines and effort estimates. It ranks work by how much time is left after subtracting how long the job takes, so a long task with a distant deadline can outrank a quick one due sooner.
- Sends reminders over WhatsApp — a daily summary, and an alert when something becomes genuinely urgent.
- Captures ideas on the move. A message or voice note becomes a draft task, and it prompts for the missing details later.
- Reads and writes Google Calendar to answer questions like "am I free on the 8th of June?" and to block out time for a task when asked.
How it uses Google Calendar
With the owner's permission, Dashboard-V2 requests the
calendar.events and calendar.readonly scopes, and uses them for
exactly two purposes:
- Reading busy periods to work out when the owner is free.
- Creating calendar events when explicitly asked to schedule time.
Calendar data is read when a question needs it. It is never sold, shared, or used for advertising. Full detail in the privacy policy.
Access
The dashboard itself is private and requires a token held by the operator.
