Productivity Dashboard

A personal task and reminder tool, run by one person for their own use.

In short: this is a single-user application running on its owner's own server. It is not a product, not a service offered to anyone else, and it collects nothing from anyone but its owner.

Privacy policy

Who runs this. One individual, for personal use. There is no company, no team, and no other user.

What it stores. Tasks you enter, their deadlines and effort estimates, settings, and a log of recent messages sent and received. All of it lives in a single file on the operator's own server. There is no analytics, no tracking, no advertising, and no third-party data collection.

Google data. With your permission the app reads and writes Google Calendar events, using the calendar.events and calendar.readonly scopes. It uses that access for exactly two things:

Calendar data is read when a question needs it and is not copied into permanent storage. Google credentials (a refresh token) are stored on the operator's server so the app can keep working without re-authorising, and are never transmitted anywhere else.

Who it is shared with. Nobody. Data is not sold, rented, or disclosed. Message text is sent to Meta (to deliver WhatsApp messages), to Anthropic (so the assistant can understand a request), and audio is sent to a speech-to-text provider when you record a voice note. Each of those receives only what is needed to perform that step, and each is governed by its own terms.

Retention and deletion. Data stays until deleted. Revoke the app's access at any time from Google Account permissions, or by removing the calendar share. Deleting a task removes it. Removing the server removes everything.

Google API Services User Data Policy. Use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Google user data is not used for advertising, and is not sold or transferred to others.

Terms of use

This software is provided for the personal use of its operator, as-is and without warranty of any kind. It makes no guarantee of availability, accuracy or fitness for any purpose.

It is a convenience for organising personal tasks. Do not rely on it for anything with serious consequences if a reminder fails to arrive โ€” reminders depend on third-party services that can and do fail.

There is no account to create, no payment, and no support obligation. The operator may change or switch it off at any time.
